SolarNaperville.com is a free comparison and referral service. We are not a solar installer, contractor, lender, or utility, and we do not design, sell, or install solar systems ourselves. Any installer you are matched with is an independent third party responsible for its own quotes, work, contracts, warranties, and conduct.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee that you will receive a quote, a particular price, specific savings, financing approval, or any installation outcome. Savings figures, calculator results, and incentive amounts shown on the site are illustrative estimates only and will vary based on your home, energy usage, equipment, and the incentives you actually qualify for. Verify all details directly with your installer and a tax professional.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only your own contact details. By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you authorize SolarNaperville and the installers we match you with to contact you as described at the time of submission.
How we are paid
Our service is free to homeowners. We may be compensated by installers and marketing partners when we refer a homeowner to them. This does not add any cost to you and does not change the price you pay an installer.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolarNaperville is not liable for the acts, omissions, products, services, or agreements of any installer, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any installer relationship. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, which for homeowners is zero.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
